Cybersecurity Governance & National CIRT Frameworks
From NIST CSF and ISO 27001 to national incident-response coordination - the governance layer that makes cybersecurity a managed risk, not a fire drill.
About this course
For regulators, ministry ICT leads, and enterprise risk officers, this course builds the governance vocabulary and structures that make cybersecurity manageable at organisational and national scale: control frameworks, risk-based prioritisation, the anatomy of a national CIRT/CERT, cross-border coordination, and the legal instruments (Malabo Convention, Budapest Convention) that shape cooperation. Completing all modules earns a Mafichoni certificate of completion. Building or reviewing a CIRT or an enterprise security programme? Mafichoni's governance team advises regulators and enterprises on cybersecurity strategy - book a discovery call.
