Skills & Inclusion

Capability that reaches the people usually left out of it.

Regulator and workforce capability building, delivered through the Mafichoni Academy and in-person programmes - designed so women, youth, persons with disabilities and underserved communities are reached by default, not as an afterthought.

Trained ICT regulators from Kenya, Malawi, Uganda and Botswana for AFRALTI and the ITU Academy. Inclusion here is a measured standard, not a claim: the Strategic Plan holds this practice to 40% women share of learners by 2030.
