Our Approach
As Consultant Chief Operations Officer, led implementation of a US$5 million, 200km fibre optic backbone from Nimule to Juba, the Juba Metro network project, and development of the company's strategic plans.
The Outcome
Backbone and metro network projects delivered; engagement ran November 2022 - August 2024.
