The Challenge
NCA required a multi-year strategic plan alongside stronger governance, subscriber registration regulation, and data systems to modernize telecom regulation in South Sudan.
Our Approach
Delivered the NCA Strategic Plan 2025-2029, a Board Charter and orientation programme, Regulations for Registration of Telecommunication Subscribers, an ICT Data Collection system, a Guidelines and ICT Indicators Handbook, and a Media Communication Strategy for the General Election.
The Outcome
A full suite of strategic, governance, and regulatory instruments delivered December 2024 - January 2026.
